About the Role
capSpire is hiring an AI Automation Senior Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building production-ready AI applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Python APIs, and cloud-native automation platforms.

- Build AI evaluation, monitoring, and validation frameworks.
- Optimize AI systems for reliability, accuracy, and performance.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute reusable AI frameworks.
- Lead AI solution delivery for enterprise customers.
