OutSystems is looking for an AI-Native Team Lead Quality Tester to lead a high-performing QA team while driving AI-first testing practices across enterprise applications and AI-powered experiences. This leadership role combines hands-on quality engineering, AI automation, prompt engineering, agent testing, and strategic quality governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an AI-native quality engineering team.
- Define AI-powered testing standards and enterprise QA practices.
- Develop AI-driven testing strategies for enterprise applications.
- Test AI agents and non-deterministic workflows.
- Leverage Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and AI assistants for testing.
- Drive shift-left testing using AI-powered validation tools.
- Build quality intelligence dashboards and proactive risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud, TechOps and Business teams.
- Champion continuous improvement and AI-first quality culture.
