Role Overview
The AI Test Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, fairness, and security of AI-powered applications through functional, automation, Agentic AI validation, Responsible AI testing, and enterprise DevSecOps quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Test AI, ML, and Generative AI applications across enterprise environments.
- Validate Agentic AI behavior, workflows, and goal achievement.
- Perform automation testing using Python, Selenium, and Tosca.
- Execute functional, integration, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Evaluate AI model outputs and prompt engineering quality.
- Conduct Responsible AI validation including fairness, bias, explainability, privacy, and security.
- Support DevSecOps testing and CI/CD quality processes.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and quality reporting.
- Collaborate with Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and BDD teams.
- Maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and release quality standards.
Technical Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows.
- Knowledge of AI data governance and data quality practices.
- Performance and load testing experience for AI applications.
- Experience in large enterprises or consulting organizations.
- ISTQB Foundation, Agile Tester, or AI Tester certification is an advantage.
