Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI Test Architecture and Quality Engineering strategy.
- Build AI-powered automation frameworks using LLMs and RAG.
- Develop Computer Vision and OCR-based UI validation solutions.
- Design Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing frameworks for connected devices.
- Implement AI-driven self-healing automation and anomaly detection.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor QA, DevOps, and AI engineering teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in Quality Engineering with 5+ years in Test Architecture.
- Expert-level Python programming.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Ollama.
- Computer Vision using OpenCV and OCR technologies.
- Experience with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and mobile automation.
- Docker, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and AI deployment pipelines.
