Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale AI automation frameworks and quality engineering strategies.
- Develop AI-powered test generation using LangGraph, CrewAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based testing solutions.
- Lead testing for AI-powered applications, LLMs, APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Create multi-agent workflows for requirement analysis, BDD conversion, and test generation.
- Establish governance, reporting, quality metrics, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Integrate AI testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Required Skills
- 11+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
- Strong expertise in Playwright, PyTest, Appium, and API Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, hallucination detection, and AI reliability testing.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Jenkins, Docker, and DevOps integration.
- Understanding of Banking and Digital Payments platforms is an added advantage.
