As a Gen AI Lead within the Infosys consulting team, you will work closely with clients to understand complex business challenges, diagnose problem areas and design innovative AI-driven solutions.
The role combines AI expertise with consulting, solution architecture, client engagement, project leadership and digital transformation.

- Understand customer issues and diagnose problem areas.
- Design innovative technology solutions and facilitate successful deployment for customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to proposals and provide inputs into solution design based on areas of expertise.
- Plan configuration activities and configure products according to solution requirements.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots and assist in resolving requirements and solution-design queries.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, POCs and Proof of Technology workshops.
- Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
- Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
- Develop value-creating strategies that help clients innovate, grow and improve profitability.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend suitable technology solutions.
