Role Overview

Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer to architect next-generation AI-powered testing platforms. The role focuses on autonomous QA workflows, LLM-driven automation, AI test generation, cloud-native validation, and intelligent quality engineering at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design autonomous AI-powered End-to-End testing frameworks.
  • Build AI-generated test suites using LLMs and production telemetry.
  • Create self-healing automation frameworks and Visual AI regression testing.
  • Implement AI-assisted quality engineering across cloud-native services.
  • Lead REST API, UI automation, and distributed system testing.
  • Mentor engineers on prompt engineering, AI testing, and automation strategy.
  • Perform deep root cause analysis across multi-service architectures.
  • Drive AI-first QA strategy across Agile development teams.

Required Skills

Python REST API Playwright Selenium Puppeteer LLM Testing Prompt Engineering AI Automation RAG Vector Database Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Testing CI/CD Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security products.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.
  • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins.
