Role Overview
Qualcomm is hiring a Program Analyst to support enterprise Generative AI initiatives. The role combines program coordination, prompt engineering, feature validation, RAG workflow testing, AI output evaluation, reporting, and stakeholder communication for large-scale AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Track GenAI validation plans, risks, milestones, and program deliverables.
- Create reusable prompt libraries and structured prompt test suites.
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and AI-specific validation testing.
- Validate RAG workflows, semantic search, summarization, and AI assistants.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform defect analysis and first-level root cause investigation.
- Create dashboards, executive reports, validation summaries, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, platform, and business teams.
Required Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms or workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy.
- Basic Python or SQL scripting is an advantage.
