Job Summary
This QA role focuses on manual testing, AI output validation, prompt testing, and quality assurance for AI-powered applications. The position involves validating AI models, knowledge sources, recommendations, multimodal outputs, and end-user workflows.
The role requires strong experience in test case development, test execution, defect management, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and AI output quality assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute accurate test cases based on business and system requirements.
- Ensure strong test coverage across positive, negative, exception, and edge-case scenarios.
- Log defects with appropriate priority and track them through closure.
- Perform root-cause analysis and communicate quality risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Validate AI-generated images, videos, recommendations, and end-user workflows.
- Validate AI outputs against expected business and quality requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, acceptance, installation, and system testing.
- Test AI models, knowledge sources, and AI-powered application workflows.
- Validate defect fixes and verify overall quality acceptance criteria.
- Participate in requirements discussions, Scrum meetings, reviews, and test strategy sessions.
- Create and maintain QA documentation and testing records.
- Investigate production issues and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders.
