TEST MODULE LEAD – Gen AI
Role Overview
This role focuses on building next-generation AI-driven test automation systems for embedded and industrial products. The position combines strong SDET expertise with Python automation, embedded firmware testing, Large Language Models, and agentic AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent automation frameworks capable of generating, executing, validating, and analyzing test scenarios for embedded firmware and industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Python-based test automation frameworks for embedded firmware and industrial systems.
- Build AI-driven and LLM-powered automation systems for software testing.
- Develop intelligent systems for automated test case generation.
- Build and validate LLM-powered agents for test code generation, execution, and analysis.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows for embedded firmware testing.
- Design strict review and validation processes for AI-generated test cases.
- Develop LangChain-based agent pipelines using chains, tools, memory, and orchestration.
- Define and execute LLM testing strategies for AI-powered automation systems.
- Implement prompt regression testing and consistency validation.
- Identify and evaluate hallucinations and unexpected LLM behavior.
- Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
